Refund Policy policy

When and how you can request a refund from Gallery4you.

We want you to be confident when trying Gallery4you. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we provide refunds, how to request one, and how long processing takes.

1. Refund Window

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their first paid charge, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The account has not been used to store or deliver more than 5 GB of content during the refund window.
  • No excessive bandwidth or abusive activity has been detected on the account.
  • The request is submitted through the channel described below (see "How to Request").

2. Eligibility

Not all charges qualify for a refund. The summary below describes typical cases.

Eligible for refund

  • First-time subscription charges within the 14-day window described above.
  • Annual renewals where the renewal has been refunded back to us by the payment network within 3 days.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors caused by our system.

Not eligible for refund

  • Monthly renewals after the first billing cycle — cancel anytime before the next renewal to avoid charges.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
  • Partial months of service already used, except where required by consumer-protection law.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@gallery4you.com from the address associated with your account and include:

  • The email address and plan associated with your account.
  • The date and amount of the charge you want refunded.
  • A brief reason for the request (optional, but helps us improve).

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Downgrades & Plan Changes

When you change plans mid-cycle, we prorate the difference on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not refund the difference for the unused portion.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — in almost every case we can resolve the issue directly and faster. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of transaction fees.
