Gallery Content

• Photographs you upload, along with captions, categories, and related metadata.
• Client-gallery settings you configure, such as passwords and expiry dates.
• Logs of who opens, downloads, or shares a gallery (where you enable such tracking).

Technical Data

• IP address, browser type, device type, and general location inferred from IP.
• Usage analytics: pages viewed, features used, approximate time spent.
• Cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary for authentication and session handling.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, follow the principle of least privilege for access, and maintain industry-standard operational safeguards. No online service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account and gallery data as long as your account is active. When you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days to allow recovery and then permanently delete it, except where we are legally required to keep certain records (for example, invoices for tax purposes).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
