Refund Policy

How and when refunds are issued for purchases on the Service.

All purchases on Gallery4you are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited and/or its affiliates ("Paddle") as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is the party that processes your payment and is the party that issues refunds where they are due. This Refund Policy is aligned with, and intended to mirror, Paddle's own Refund Policy. Where there is a conflict between this document and Paddle's Buyer Terms or Refund Policy, Paddle's terms control for the refund itself; the statutory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply in any case.

1. Global Refund Policy

As a general rule, subscription fees and other charges for the Service are non-refundable once a transaction has been completed, except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law (see Section 2, "Country-Specific Rules") or where Paddle exercises its discretion to issue a refund in line with Section 7.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately; your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion of the period, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

2. Country-Specific Rules

In the jurisdictions listed below, consumer-protection law grants buyers a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within a fixed window. Where you are resident in one of these jurisdictions, the applicable statutory window applies in addition to Paddle's general policy and overrides the global rule in Section 1 to the extent of any conflict.

European Union / EEA / United Kingdom

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the transaction date without giving any reason. Once the digital service has been fully performed or you have begun using it with your express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived, the statutory right may no longer apply.

Turkey and Israel

If you are a consumer resident in Turkey or Israel, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.

South Korea, Brazil, and China

If you are a consumer resident in South Korea, Brazil, or China, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.

Canada

If you are a consumer resident in Canada, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 calendar days of the transaction date, subject to the consumer-protection rules of your province or territory.

Singapore

If you are a consumer resident in Singapore, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 5 calendar days of the transaction date.

3. How to Withdraw or Request a Refund

To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal or to request a discretionary refund, contact us from the email address associated with your account and include:

  • The email address and plan associated with your account.
  • The Paddle order reference (it appears on the receipt Paddle emailed you) and the date and amount of the charge.
  • A brief statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase or request a refund.

We forward eligible requests to Paddle, who issues the refund to the original payment method. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5 business days; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.

4. Refunds for Technical or Product Defects

If you experience a technical defect, a service outage, or a product fault that prevents you from using a feature you paid for and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund on that basis, in addition to any statutory rights. Please contact gallery4you.support@gmail.com first so we can attempt to fix the problem; this does not waive any refund right you may have.

5. Add-Ons and One-Time Transactions

Add-ons and one-time purchases are subject to the same global rule and statutory windows as subscriptions. Once an add-on has been fully delivered or consumed, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply to that item.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us and Paddle before filing a chargeback with your bank — in almost every case the issue can be resolved directly and faster. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the dispute, or that are determined to be unwarranted, may result in suspension of the affected account and recovery of related transaction fees.

7. Discretionary Refunds

Outside the statutory windows described in Section 2, Paddle may, at its sole discretion and in line with its own Refund Policy, approve a refund on a case-by-case basis where the circumstances justify it (for example, accidental renewals promptly reported, duplicate charges, or extended service disruptions). Such refunds are granted on a one-off basis and do not create any entitlement to future refunds.

8. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to keep it aligned with Paddle's Refund Policy or with changes in applicable law. When we make material changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence which continue to apply. Refunds themselves are issued by Paddle pursuant to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, available at paddle.net.
