What every plan includes
Every account — the free one included — ships the whole delivery workflow. You are not paying to unlock the basics, only to raise the ceiling on them.
Galleries and private client links
Create a gallery for each shoot and send its private link by email, message or a printed card. The link opens in any browser, on any device, with nothing for your client to install.
Client selection built in
Clients mark their favourites directly in the gallery and the list appears in your dashboard. It replaces the screenshots and file numbers that usually follow a wedding or portrait session.
A QR code for the shoot day
Every gallery generates a QR code. Print it, stand it on the table, and guests reach the gallery by pointing a phone at it — no app, no typing a link, no collecting addresses.
A public portfolio page
Your handle becomes a portfolio page that search engines can index, so the galleries you deliver also work as marketing rather than disappearing behind a private link.
What the paid plans add
Paid plans differ on storage and on the controls that start to matter once you are delivering to clients who pay you.
More storage
The free plan gives you 2 GB — enough to run a full client gallery and see how the workflow feels. Starter and Professional raise that ceiling, which wedding and event work reaches quickly.
Password-protected galleries
Put a password on a gallery so the link alone is not enough to open it. This is what commercial clients ask for, and what you need for anything shot under a confidentiality agreement.
Watermarks and download analytics
Professional stamps preview images with your watermark and logs every download, so you can see which photographs a client actually took rather than guessing from their selection.
Billing, changes and cancellation
How you are charged
Billing runs through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles VAT and local tax rules for your country, and the charge reaches your statement in EUR. Billing runs month by month.
Taxes and invoices
Paddle acts as merchant of record, which means it issues the invoice and applies the VAT or sales-tax rate for the country you are billed in. Every invoice stays available in your subscription settings.
Changing or cancelling a plan
Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal rather than closing the account immediately — your galleries stay reachable until the period you have paid for ends.
Where your photos are stored
Your galleries, their images and the database behind them are held in the European Union. The application and database run in Frankfurt, Germany, and image storage sits in the same region, so client photographs are not copied to a server outside the EU in normal operation. That is what makes a GDPR data-processing agreement straightforward to sign rather than a negotiation — and it is the part a photographer working with agencies, schools or corporate clients will be asked about first.
Questions about pricing
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It includes 2 GB of storage, up to 2 galleries and 600 photos per gallery, and it does not expire. It is the full delivery workflow rather than a trial that stops working after your first shoot.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You register with an email address and start uploading straight away. A payment method is only requested at the point you choose a paid plan, and never before.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in both directions, from your subscription settings. An upgrade applies immediately so the extra storage is there when you need it; a downgrade takes effect at your next renewal date.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Billing runs month by month and you can stop at any point — cancelling ends the next renewal rather than triggering a fee. Nothing obliges you to keep a paid plan through a quiet season.
Which currency am I billed in?
Charges are processed in EUR by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your bank converts to your local currency at its own rate, and Paddle applies the VAT rate for the country you are billed in.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your account stays on the paid plan until the period you have already paid for ends, so galleries you have delivered keep working for your clients in the meantime.
Where are my clients photos stored?
In the European Union. The application and database run in Frankfurt, Germany, and image storage is in the same region, so photographs are not copied outside the EU in normal operation.
Do my clients need an account to see a gallery?
No. A client opens the private link you send and the gallery loads — no registration, no app. If you add a password, they enter that once. Guests reaching a gallery by QR code work the same way.
What happens if my clients use up the monthly bandwidth?
Every plan includes monthly bandwidth: 7 GB on Free, 150 GB on Starter and 300 GB on Professional. It counts everything your clients view and download. You get an email at 80% and a notice in your dashboard from 90%. At 100%, your galleries and public profile close to visitors until the counter resets at the start of the next month. To avoid that, move to a larger plan or reset the bandwidth with a one-time payment - your plan stays the same.
