Is Gallery4you GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Gallery4you is an EU-based photo delivery platform built around GDPR principles: data is stored on European servers, galleries are private by default, and you can delete any client gallery and its metadata with a single action. We never sell or share your client data.
How do watermarks work?
You set a watermark label once in gallery settings, and Gallery4you automatically stamps preview images with a subtle watermark. Original, unmarked files are only released to clients you authorize for download. Toggling the watermark off or changing the label regenerates the previews.
How do clients download their photos?
Clients get a private gallery link (optionally password-protected). They can download individual photos in full resolution or get the whole gallery as a single ZIP. You decide whether downloads are enabled, and every download is logged in your analytics.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 GB of storage and up to 2 galleries — enough to test the full workflow with real clients. No credit card is required to start, and paid plans (Starter, Professional) unlock more storage and advanced features when you need them.
Can clients choose their favorite photos from the gallery?
Yes. Every gallery has a built-in selection tool: clients mark their favorites directly in the browser, and you see the list in your dashboard. It replaces the back-and-forth of screenshots and file numbers that usually follow wedding or portrait sessions.
